Compliance with Legal Process; Protection of LambdaZen, its Users and the Public: We may be required to disclose your Personal Information, profile information and/or information with respect to your use of ConceptJS/Yoke and your activities as a LambdaZen user if required by subpoena or other legal process or requirement or if LambdaZen reasonably believes that such disclosure is necessary (i) to investigate, prevent or take action with respect to suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies, (ii) to protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury, (iii) prevent fraud or abuse of LambdaZen, ConceptJS/Yoke, LambdaZen's users or the public, (iv) to enforce the LambdaZen Terms of Use, (v) to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations or to protect the security or integrity of our site or service, (vi) to exercise or protect the rights and property of LambdaZen, its users and the public.
Search Services: We offer search services to help find information and learn more about other users of ConceptJS/Yoke and to find specific content. LambdaZen information from user profiles, contributions, and access to and review of contributions to inform and refine our search services.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information and for controlling access to your LambdaZen account.
Policy with Respect to Children: Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use our service and we ask that people under the age of 13 do not submit any personal information to us or use the service. LambdaZen is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@lambdazen.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
Your Obligations: As a user, you have certain obligations to other users, including (i) you must comply with the then current version of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, (ii) you must not abuse ConceptJS/Yoke by using it to spam, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the rights of other LambdaZen users, and (iii) you must keep your password and account information confidential. Any violation of these guidelines may result in the suspension, restriction or termination of your LambdaZen account in LambdaZen's sole discretion.
Safe Harbor: We comply with the EU Safe Harbor Privacy Framework as established by the US Department of Commerce. By becoming a user, you have given us your express and informed consent to transfer the data that you provide to us to the United States and to process it in the United States.
